Today I was using the utility "Merge Column Data (Join Cells)". Off Course everyone MOSTLY wishes to join cells where none of the columns involve Formula. In other words columns which need to be joined are NORMALLY constants. It took a long time as my Excel file contains a lot of formulas. But when I changed the calculation option to manual and used the above utility, it was a breeze.

Suggestion (Obvious) : If using any of the utilities from ASAP utilities, calculation option is set to manual by the ASAP utilities (and again changed to automatic after the completion of the desired process), it would speed us quite a lot.

You can also add a bullet to your paragraph. I would store the bullet symbol and the paragraph on a different sheet, say one titled "ASAP" with the bullet in A1 and paragraph in B1, and then on your main sheet where you want the bullet and the paragraph:

=ASAP!A1&" "&B1

That would put a space between the bullet and the first word of the paragraph text. Remove one of the &'s and the " " if you don't want a space.

I've added your suggestion to the wishlist in case more peope ask for it.
At this moment there isn't a tool in ASAP Utilities to insert something after a number of characters yet. This would be a good addition. Noted too.

1st : Yes, I need to do that quite often.
2nd : I am using the above shortcuts to do that at present. The above suggestion would just help to reduce one or two steps to do that.
3rd : Is there any option to insert something after a number of characters ?

At this moment you can indeed only choose to insert a certain value between the column-data with the Merge column data (join cells)… tool. Not before and/or after.

A request to insert something at the front and/or at the end has never been made before. Do you need to use that often?

For now you can use the following tool after you've merged the column-data, to quickly insert a certain value at the beginning and/or end of each cell in your selection:
ASAP Utilities » Fill » Insert before and/or after each cell in your selection…

One Suggestion :

Column + Rows – Merge Column Data
There is an option to insert values between two columns. I wish there could be another Option to insert some value at the end as well as at the beginning of the merged column. That would help save a step if someone wishes to do so.
