If you see in the error message that the drive letter is missing, it is caused by a bug in Excel 2016.

If the error message does start with a drive letter, such as for example C, then the following applies:
If you have uninstalled ASAP Utilities but other users also used ASAP Utilities on this same computer, then they might receive the following error when they start Excel:
"C:\Program Files\ASAP Utilities\ASAP Utilities.xla(m)" could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.
If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved or deleted".
Just run the setup again and it will be automatically corrected so that you can use ASAP Utilities again.
If you have moved ASAP Utilities to a different folder and you want to use it again, you can now perform the manual installation (start with step 2).
For your information, the per-user setting in the Windows Registry of which add-ins are have active is unfortunately something that - by Windows design - is something that a program cannot access/change during the uninstall. During the uninstall all files on the computer are removed, but we can only remove ASAP Utilities automatically from the add-ins list for the user that runs the uninstall.
