I have just published a new pre-release of the new version of ASAP Utilities. It is ready for download and testing.
The major change in this version is in combination with Excel 2007 where ASAP Utilities now has its own tab in the ribbon.

I am currently working on an Excel 2007 ribbon-menu for the new ASAP Utilities.
Right now the ASAP Utilities menu is visible in the Add-ins tab but the new version will have its menu integrated in the ribbon.

I have made a few improvements to ASAP Utilities based on the advice of several people.
Added:

Fill » Insert current date and time with seconds
Insert the current date and time into the active cell. Unlike Excel's built in shortcut "Control+:" this utility also inserts the seconds. (timestamp)
By default this utility can be started with the shortcut [...]
