Close Multiple Files at Once...

ASAP Utilities  › File & System  ›  14. Close Multiple Files at Once...

This tool makes it easy to close several open files (workbooks) at once, without having to close them one by one. It's useful when:
  • You have many files open and want to close most of them quickly
  • You want complete control over which files to close or keep open, with the option to review and save changes before closing Features:
  • View a list of all open files (with optional full path shown)
  • By default, all files except the active workbook are pre-selected
  • Select or unselect the files you want to close
  • Choose to show a warning when closing unsaved files. You can then:
          ·  Save the file before closing
          ·  Close without saving changes
          ·  Cancel closing that file Tip:
    This tool helps clean up your workspace quickly, while keeping important or unsaved work open.
