Yes. Office 365 includes the latest versions of Office applications, which is currently Excel 2024.
ASAP Utilities 8 works with the Windows editions of Excel 2024 (and earlier versions down to Excel 2010), both the 32- and 64-bit edition.

If you haven't installed Office 356 on your PC yet, then log into your Office 365 account and choose:
Install Office on more devices: On a PC or Mac: Install

And then install the latest version and then you can use ASAP Utilities.
