On October 7, 2026, the new version 9.2 has been released.

New and improved

  • New: Switch Back to Previous Sheet

    We've added a small but very useful new feature: Switch Back to Previous Sheet.

    If you often switch back and forth between two sheets, this will save you time. It lets you instantly return to the last sheet you used and toggle between two sheets with a single action.

    This is especially helpful when working with many sheets, where moving through tabs can interrupt your flow. It works even when sheets are far apart or in different workbooks.

    By default you can launch it using the new Control+Alt+L shortcut, or find it in the menu.
    It does not affect or clear the Undo stack (Ctrl+Z).


    New: Switch Back to Previous Sheet

  • The "List All Named Ranges in Workbook" tool is now called "List All Named Ranges and Table Names in Workbook" and also reports Excel table names.
  • We made a few small improvements and resolved minor issues that were either discovered by our team or reported by clients.
  • Added compatibility with Microsoft 365 Insider Beta Channel Version 2607. Resolved unexpected VBA errors with recent Insider builds. (Update: Microsoft fixed the VBA errors in version 2607, build 20228.20002)

Supported Excel versions

ASAP Utilities 9.3 is compatible with Excel 2010 through Excel 2024 and Excel 365 Desktop on any Windows system that meets the system requirements of Excel.

Using your license with version 9

Version 9 is free for all licenses purchased in 2022 or later.
If you have an older license, you can upgrade with a generous 50% discount.
