Select Adjacent Matching Cells in the Column

ASAP Utilities › Select › 8. Select Adjacent Matching Cells in the Column

This tool expands your selection upward and downward to include all adjacent cells in the same column with the same value as the active cell. The selection stops when it reaches a cell with a different value.
This makes it easy to select grouped data quickly without manually clicking or dragging.

By default, you can launch this tool using the Control+Alt+A shortcut.
