Export Selection or Sheet to New File (Excel, PDF, TXT, CSV, etc.)...

This tool exports either your selected range or the entire active worksheet to a new file.
You can choose to exclude hidden cells and customize how the content is saved.

Supported export formats include:

• Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls)
• Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)
• Excel Binary Workbook (*.xlsb)
• PDF (*.pdf)
• Formatted text (space-delimited text file)
• Tab-delimited text file (*.tsv)
• JSON (*.json)
• CSV/DSV (comma- or delimiter-separated values)
  • Choose your own delimiter (e.g., comma, semicolon, pipe |, tilde ~)
  • Set a field encloser (e.g., double quote ")
  • Choose the decimal separator
  • Optionally encode as Unicode (UTF-8 or UTF-16)

You can also copy the data directly to the clipboard as:

• Tab-delimited format
• Space-delimited format

Export options:

• Export as values only (e.g., 12)
• Export as formulas (e.g., =3*E6)
• Export as displayed (e.g., €12.00)

Your last used settings are remembered automatically.

This tool is ideal when you want to:

• Save a specific section of your workbook as a separate file
