此实用工具会将您的选定区域扩展到工作表中上次使用的行。这种方式可以让您轻松扩展选定区域，而无需向下滚动。 在您无法使用 Excel 内置的快捷键时(例如，由于中间有空单元格而无法使用"Control+Shift+↓"，由于您只希望向下扩展选定区域但不包含右侧的列而无法使用"Control+Shift+End 键")，此功能非常有用。
比如，您可以使用此功能将公式快速向下复制到上次使用的行，而不必费力滚动鼠标手动查找数据结尾处。 默认情况下，您可以通过快捷键 Control+Alt+Shift+↓启动此实用工具。
