此实用工具允许您使用同一个密码一次同时保护工作簿中的选定工作表或所有工作表。

而 Excel 中内置的方法只能让您一次只能保护一个工作表。如果您要保护 Excel 中的多个工作表，您只能逐个保护它们。如果您有很多工作表，这将会占用很长时间，而且可能导致意外忘记某一个。
使用此工具保护工作表，会更轻松，甚至更快速。

根据您使用的 Excel 版本不同，您可以设置附加设置，就像在普通的 Excel 保护对话框中所做的那样。
