Recover Your License Details

Can't find your license details?

Try one of the options below to locate them quickly.

1. Check your email

After your purchase, you received an email with your license details.

Search your inbox for: ASAP Utilities
Look for the email with your license information
Also check your spam or junk folder

2. Check your current installation

If ASAP Utilities is still installed:

Version 9

Open Excel
Go to
ASAP Utilities > License Activated

Earlier versions

Open Excel
Go to
ASAP Utilities > Registered version

This screen shows your license details, such as your license name and order reference.
You can use this information to locate your original email or request a copy of your license.

3. Request your license details

If you cannot find your license, we will look it up and send you a copy by email.

Please include:

Name or organization
Email address used during purchase
Order reference (if available)
