将所有 URL 和 HTML 编码文本解码
此实用工具会将您的所选单元格中的所有 URL 编码文本解码。 例如，当您使用 Excel 分析带有网站分析数据或关键字性能的报告时，此工具非常有用。该实用工具会将 "+" 字符替换为空格，并将单元格中的任何 %## 编码的字符解码。
它还会将所谓的 HTML 实体(例如， 和 €)解码，将文本字符串(例如，%c3%84 和 %c3%a7)和 Unicode 字符(例如 © 和 “)解码。 例如，此实用工具会将文本 "http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Emicrosoft%2Ecom" 解码为可读性更好的 "http://www.microsoft.com"。 当文本置于 URL 中的查询字符串中时会使用 URL 编码，以避免它与网站地址混在一起，通常会将其放在该地址的问号(?)后面。当 Internet 浏览器通过网站上的表单向 Web 服务器发送数据时，通常会使用这种技术。
